Body cream clog pores?
if i decide to put my body cream at night, would it clog my pores?Body cream clog pores?
One of the best times to apply Body Cream is at night, but as a rule of thumb, after a shower as your skins pores are open it is the best time, %26amp; no it will not clog your pores, only penetrate better, anabling the moisturiser to work at it's best. To get optimum results loofah, your body while showering first if you have the time, you will find a big difference. Make sure your body cream contains healing extracts. EG:COCOA BUTTER, SHEA BUTTER, ALMOND OILS, stuff like that.good luck, and nuture your skin taking your time to apply, your skin will love you for it.Body cream clog pores?
It might absorb into your sheets. Just wash your sheets more often and use good lotion.
If it contains mineral oil, yes it will.
I believe it does
I have never heard of any creams clogging pores... what clogs pores are soap bars, that i why i never use solid soaps ..only liquid
NOT REALLY
i dont think so cause ive been using it for years and i bet u have to and there r no pimples on my skin. Are there any on urs?
i think it depends on the body cream and the type of your skin.
Might I suggest you research the ingredients in your body cream, including the ingredient sodium lauryl sulfate, which is found in most shampoos %26amp; proves toxic, but they still use it as the cosmetic industry is not controlled but it wouldn't matter anyway, as it is all about the money, %26amp; there are so many people making money in the cosmetic industry, it would be a tough thing to regulate. Just type in the search engine ingredients that are listed in your lotion %26amp; you may find out if it is pore clogging or worse. I use organics, free of chemicals, pesticides, fragrance, or artificial ingredients, if you can't pronounce it, if you can't eat it, it doesn't belong in or on your body.

I used cream to get rid of body hair?
i used some sally hansen hair remover to get rid of body hair..if i keep using it over and over will it eventually make the hair go away for good? or do i need to wax?I used cream to get rid of body hair?
Hair remover disolves the hair at skin level for smooth skin for a short while. The root is still there, so, sorry the cream will not keep the hair away. Recently there have been introduction of hair retardants. These some how weaken the hair and root and are shown to be effective. There are body lotions and deodorants with them in. I have not seen a cream for face as yet. Personally I have been using Hair No More which is a remover with a separate hair retardant spray that can be used on face and body. It takes a bit of experimenting as to how many times a week to use. My hair has grown back finer as a result. I think the only permanent way is to laser but do not consider I want the expense of that at the moment. There will be a method very soon suitable for everyone and pain free. Wax is messy and painful. If you can put up with plucking go for an epilator, looks like a painful experience but will take hair out from the root. The hair can be a shorter length than needed for waxing from what I have read!I used cream to get rid of body hair?
No, your hair won't go away for good, ever! You need to keep using hair remover creams, waxing or shaving to get rid of unwanted hair.*sigh* The benefit of the cream vs shaving is that it's safer to use (no cuts, razor bumps), the hair won't grow back as fast and you're skin will be smoother. Waxing is just as effective.

Is it ok to use POND'S CREAM on my body?
I'm talking about the Pond's cream that comes in a jar with a blue lid. This stuff works great to keep my naturally sensitive skin moisturized. And I live in a an area where the humidity is practically zero year round.
But I've heard this stuff is meant for your face?Is it ok to use POND'S CREAM on my body?
I've Used Some On My Skin.
And Work Okay On Me.
Try Some Out On A Small Section Of Your Arm.
Or ANywhere Else On Your Body.
If It Seems To Work Well Then. There's Your Answer :]Is it ok to use POND'S CREAM on my body?
Yes you can use it in your body since the face is more sensitive, but it is very expensive. Try Aveeno lotion.
It is okay to use Pond's Cream on your body even if you heard that that stuff is meant for your face.

Nair for men body cream?
I recently purchased Nair for men body cream and I can't seem to get it to work. I applied it, waited 12 minutes (because 8 wasn't enough) and the hair wouldn't come off. I then took a hot shower and tried again for 15 minutes (the max time) and I still got nothing! My body hair isn't really coarse or thick so I don't know what the problem is. I am using it on my legs, torso, and back. Does anyone have any advice?Nair for men body cream?
I used to use Nair with only a little success. I have switched to just shaving.
Don't try the Nair too many times in the same spot. It will irritate your skin, especially if you are using it on your scrotum.Nair for men body cream?
it should work, it melts the hair and should come off with water and a wash cloth.
better yet go buy a cordless body shaver from target, it doesn't hurt, burn. hurry
Why on earth are you using nair?
Body hair is natural and manly. You want to look like a little boy?
I dont understand

Vitamin E and Oil of Olay. Those are the ones my grandmother loves.
I know that alnaturalcosmetics.org has really moisturizing lotions and creams. They are 100% natural and have a great selection of scents. I bought my grandma (age 69) a gift set from there and she loved it.. her skin was dry but is smooth now and looking better. I hope this helps!
See my mom was complaining that in the winter she has quite dry skin, and so i decided to help her and let her use my AL lotion, she ended up really getting hooked on it , and we buy it to share. I really recommend it for older aged people because its highly enriched moisturizing and natural!!

How good is Dove Body Silk cream?
and can it be used on the face as well? How good is Dove Body Silk cream?
I have not tried the Dove Body Silk cream yet, but I can tell you that I swear by Dove soap, and it is the only soap I will use on my face. It does not leave my skin feeling dry and flaky. Instead my skin feels smooth, and I love all the new scents they have come out with, like the Cucumber one in the green box. Wonderful!

Whitening soap or cream for body?
i have a serious farmers tan and my arms are darker than the rest of my body. im looking for a way to get them to the shade of my natural skin color which is much lighter than the color of my arms right now.Whitening soap or cream for body?
I have never heard of a whitening soap or cream for body. When you have a natural tan, you can not reverse it in a healthy manor, because melanin (which makes skin darker) is deep with the skin. Just wait a week or two. It will fade.concealer makeup

Does OLAY have body cream for blacks?
the one that can tone the skin and give it a beautiful colourDoes OLAY have body cream for blacks?
Instead of OLAY, you might want to try out GODIVA ETHNIC SKIN WHITENING/BRIGHTENING SET. It is specifically made for brown and dark-skinned individuals who want even overall skin tone. The set is good for 2 months, and comes with an easy-to-do regimen. What's better is that products included in this set don't contain hydroquinone, which is potentially harmful for the skin. Instead, they use LICORICE EXTRACTS proven to be safer and more effective in lightening the skin than hydroquinone.Does OLAY have body cream for blacks?

Not to sound naive but, is there a difference in skin?
I really didn't think there was. You should be able to buy a 'shimmer' to bring out color :-)

It isn't contraindicated during breastfeeding so I assume not that much is absorbed. And believe me you can trust what Hale says when it comes to breastfeeding safety.

At Bed and Bath works which is better?? Body Cream or Body Lotion??
i mean.. what's the difference? and which is better??At Bed and Bath works which is better?? Body Cream or Body Lotion??
I tend to use the cream during the winter time when the air is drier and lotion for summer. At Bed and Bath works which is better?? Body Cream or Body Lotion??
The cream is thicker than the lotion. Its all a matter of personal preference. I think that the cream mousturizes your skin for longer.
I have both, in Cherry Blossom, and I use the cream to actually moisturize my skin and it leaves my skin SUPER soft!! i don't like the lotion that much, it feels really thin and kinda, not watery, but just too lightweight...basically, if u want to make ur skin hydrated, use the cream, if u want fragrance, use the lotion...they both smell the same though. :) hope his helped!! :)
Cream is thicker and will moisturize better.
First of all, it's ';Bath %26amp; Body Works';, NOT ';Bed and Bath Works';!
...OMG!...People these days

Does Veet body cream actually work? ?
Yes, for the most part. But...I hate the smell of that stuff.Does Veet body cream actually work? ?
Not really when i tried it, i could just feel it burning my skin and you shave to scrape it off with the plastic spatula. It hurt a lot. Plus it leaves you legs with what feels like 1 day old stubble. It didn't do any of the claims it said in the adverts.
Stick with a razor you'll get a smooth finish and won't cost the earth in cream.Does Veet body cream actually work? ?
it works a treat, but it stinks to high heaven, so open all the windows to get the smell out!

Does any body know of any cream or anything that removes dark spots from acne?
Have you ever tried a chemical peel, or any skin laser therapy's. I my self have done the chemical peels for acne scaring (I know that it might sound as a harsh treatment option, but believe me it works) and in the first treatment I immediatley saw the difference and after my second treatment I saw complete results which was AMAZING, now there are different levels of treatment, if you want the fastest then if would be a superfacial treatment, and chemical peels can be done in any area of your body, but they are mostly used in the facial area, but you should go see a certified Aesthetician to see if there are any other options for you. I know that as an aspiring medical professional, I should direct you to see a derm, but trust me I saw many dermatologist and none of them did anything for me spots/scars, until my friend recommended that I see an Aesthetitician, and now in just 3 treatments I'm cured of those scaring and Acne, not only that but your skin looks youthful, soft , and nice. I highly recommend these treatments to my friends and the ones who have tried them love it.Does any body know of any cream or anything that removes dark spots from acne?

I became fat so fast that i have got stretch marks all over my body specially on arms and thighs, any cream?
i m a 24 years boy.i need any cream or eatable tablets.I became fat so fast that i have got stretch marks all over my body specially on arms and thighs, any cream?
sorry to say but stretch marks don't really go away.
sucks. but thats life. I have some on my thighs, hips, and breasts.
They eventually fade away to a whitish color and aren't too noticable so theres a plus (in a way)
but what you can do is prevent them and make them look a little less noticable.
There is a cream that Palmers (i think) makes thats cocoa butter specifically for stretch marks. It makes them a little less noticable and it prevents them as well.
for those who say to lose weight, well that doesnt really work. Since you gained weight fast your skin had to stretch fast which caused these marks so loosing weight wont really erase the problem. Think about it. you blow up a balloon and then let it deflate. is it still the same as before you inflated it? nope.I became fat so fast that i have got stretch marks all over my body specially on arms and thighs, any cream?
I suggest Palmer's Firming Butter, which a blend of cocoa butter, shea butter, collagen, elastin, vitamin E and has Q10. This is my favorite lotion, hands down. Massaging it in to your skin is just as important as using it, so thorough massage when applying it. If you are considering losing the fat, you may want to consider water fasting. Do some reading about this...some people have lost their stretch marks through this type of fasting. Good luck.
I say use palmers cocobutter lotion, they have a special one for stretch marks.
caocobutter
Well ppl say that cocoa butter works but i dnt think so. I have used cocoa butter for my scars for almost 4 months and havnt seen any results yt :/
Before some time I had face this problem! Only one solution that loose your weight
No other option!
Than latter keep some exercises to stretch your specific part that u got batter changes!
Even though some might consider avon creams/lotions for women, it may be worth a try for you..they have 3 different kinds of cream that are supposed to fade stretch marks...
1 is just for fading stretch marks
the other is for fading stretch marks and reducing cellulite
the last one is supposed to be the best, it's $25 and it's supposed to give you results that are comparible (but not quite as good) to laser skin resurfacing. Right now i am using the one for stretch marks and cellulite and i can't tell you exactly how it's working because it's supposed to take 2 weeks for results and i have only been using it a week.
I've heard 2 things about coco butter: 1 is that it doesn't really do any good and the other is that it does help..but i don't think the people were speaking from experience either. I would recommend a cream specifically for stretch marks like the avon creams or if a drugstore has some different brands instead of plain cocoa butter

hmmm. ( If they are patented and not trade secrets then they are published, research the patent.)What is the yahooanswer side that have no chemist to answer me what is the1kg body hair remover cream recipe?
Thank you for question so much and so many times. The companys that make the bhrc have all patented their recipes and you are barred from producing their bhrc commercially. And to produce it in small quantities is impractical as you would have to procure the ingredients in large quantities like barrels.
Perhaps you need to provide your whole village with hair remover? So you know, the hair will grow back bristlier and bristlier and really uglier; the best example of this is the Japanese race called Hairy Ainus.of Hokkaidu. Check them out before bringing this blight to your village. (It's not the Ainus that are ugly, but their hair. The Ainus are really hot.)

Body lotions vs body butter vs body cream?
so i got this marc jacobs daisy set and it included body lotion, body cream and body butter so i want to know what the REAL difference is. i already know that body lotion is the thinnest then comes body cream than body butter but does it matter when i apply it? and why does it matter how thick and thin they are??Body lotions vs body butter vs body cream?
well if you have really dry skin and are looking for a shine, body cream is the way to go. its more concentrated then the lotion and works faster.
if you have average skin and are looking for strong shine and strong scent, body lotion is the way to go. its less concentrated then body cream.
if you have normal/average skin, and just want a sheen, body butter is the way to go.
body butter doesn't help if your skin is super dry. but if all you're looking for is the scent, then use whatever.. body creme gives the strongest, followed by body lotion, then body butter.
the thickness and thinness only effect how good your skin absorbs it.
body creme is the thickest
followed by lotion
and though butter may seem thicker, thats only because of all the air in it, it's the least thickest/concentrated.
but don't mistake the body butter for the perfume butter/solid... totally different.. the perfume solid/butter is concentrated perfume. reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly strong.Body lotions vs body butter vs body cream?
body lotion - The thinnest out of the three. Great to put all over your body because it is not at heavy as the others and won't make you feel greasy.
Body cream - Great your hands and anywhere else you feel needs and extra touch of moisture.
Body butter - Thickest out of them all. This also means that it is more greasy. It is perfect for elbows and the heels of your feet. This will be too greasy to put all over your body. May clog your pores.
body lotions are for smelling good and lightly moisturizing your skin (like after your shave, ect.)
body creams are for if your skin is a little dry and you want to moisturize it
body butter is usually for really dry skin. it does a good job at moisturizing it but makes it kinda greasy...
i find that body butter holds it fragrance longer and keeps my skin more moisturized. They are all applied the same way, and it is all basically the same thing, just different forms the way there is liquid eyeliner and there is a pencil eyeliner
Well, body butter will last longer. It will keep your skin more hydrated for longer, but if you don't wear sunblock it will damge your skin more because it is thicker and has more ingreadents in it.
MOST beauty products on the market have harmful chemicals in them; Does your Marc Jacobs Daisy Set, or any of your other health %26amp; beauty products contain any of these things?:
* Mineral Oil, Paraffin %26amp; Petrolatum – Petroleum products coat the skin like plastic, clogging pores and creating a build-up of toxins, which in turn accumulate and can lead to dermatological issues, like slowing cellular development, which can cause you to show earlier signs of aging, and vitamin deficiency. Suspected cause of cancer %26amp; disruptive of hormonal activity. Mineral oils contain hydrocarbons, a real danger to the stomach and especially the lungs.
* PARABENS – Such as methyl- propyl- butyl- %26amp; ethyl- parabens: Widely used as preservatives in the cosmetic industry (including moisturizers). An estimated 13,200 cosmetic and skin care products contain parabens. Studies implicate their connection with cancer. They have hormone-disrupting qualities – mimicking estrogen – and interfere with the body’s endocrine system.
* Propylene Glycol – Used as a moisturizer in cosmetics and as a carrier in fragrance oils. Shown to cause dermatitis, kidney or liver abnormalities, may inhibit skin cell growth, and is a skin irritant and sensitizer.
* ALCOHOLS – Such as Isopropyl Alcohol, SD Alcohol 40, Ethyl Alcohol: Alcohols dissolve the body’s natural moisturizers and strip the skin of its protection, leaving it vulnerable to infection. Alcohols destroy skin’s pH balance, and since they absorb water, they speed up wrinkling.
* Sodium laurel or lauryl sulfate (SLS), also known as sodium laureth sulfate (SLES) – Found in car washes, engine degreasers, garage floor cleaners… and in OVER 90% of personal care products! SLS breaks down the skin’s moisture barrier, easily penetrates the skin, and allows other chemicals to easily penetrate. Combined with other chemicals, SLS becomes a “nitrosamine”, a potent class of carcinogen. It can also cause hair loss. SLES is sometimes disguised with the labeling “comes from coconut” or “coconut-derived'; - and is found in many popular body washes and toothpastes!
* Toluene – Poison! Danger! Harmful or fatal if swallowed! Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Made from petroleum or coal tar, and found in most synthetic fragrances. Chronic exposure linked to anemia, lowered blood cell count, liver or kidney damage, and may affect a developing fetus. Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) contains toluene. Other names may include benzoic and benzyl.
* WAXES – Such as Paraffin, Candelilla Wax, Carnuba Wax: Waxes are widely used in cleansing creams, eye creams, and moisturizers. Waxes clog pores, creating blackheads and whiteheads. They also smother the skin, which over time creates an enlarged pore problem.
* FD%26amp;C – When this abbreviation precedes the name of a color, it means that the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) has certified it as safe for use in drugs and cosmetics, but not food. D%26amp;C colors are usually synthetic, coal tar colors. They’re toxic and should be avoided when at all possible.
* PHTHALATES – These chemicals rarely find their way onto an ingredients list, but they are present in many health and beauty products just the same. Wherever you see “perfume” or “fragrance,” phthalates are present, because they are used to preserve these synthetic scents. Recent studies have shown that phthalates may be mutagenic, carcinogenic, and adversely affect male sperm, that they increase levels of testosterone and estrogen in humans, and are central to breast cancer risk. They are an ingredient in nail polish and other lacquers, and in soft plastics (e.g., infant chew toys).
* Lanolin – A yellow, semi-solid, fatty secretion from sheep’s wool is widely used in skin and beauty care products. It can cause an allergic reaction in some people, as well as enlarged pores.
* Acetone – Used in nail polish and nail polish removers, this colorless, volatile liquid is often used in astringents, fresheners, or clarifying lotions. It is extremely toxic and will dehydrate the skin, while speeding up the aging process.
* Acrylamide – Found in many hand and face creams. Linked to mammary tumors in lab research.
* Phenol carbolic acid – Found in many lotions and skin creams. Can cause circulatory collapse, paralysis, convulsions, coma and even death from respiratory failure.
* Dioxane – Found in compounds known as PEG, Polysorbates, Laureth, ethoxylated alcohols. Common in a wide range of personal care products. The compounds are usually contaminated with high concentrations of highly volatile 1,4-dioxane, easily absorbed through the skin. Dioxane’s carcinogenicity was first reported in 1965 and later confirmed in studies including one from the National Cancer Institute in 1978. Nasal passages and liver are the most vulnerable. Dioxane is easily removed during the manufacturing process by “vacuum stripping”. Warning: It is a synthetic derivative of coconut. Watch for hidden languageconcealer makeup

i got so red and its very bad. What kind a cream can i use for my body because i got so burned tanning?
Go to your tanning salon, and ask for a product called ';Insurance';. It's made by California Tan, and is aloe-based. It is a gel that will help heal the burn, and has an anesthetic in it, to help with the pain. What kind a cream can i use for my body because i got so burned tanning?
I know this may sound strange but use Noxema (the skin cream for pimples). Just rub it on not too thick but dont rub it in all the way. After a day or so of doing this the redness will go away and you will be left with a beautiful tan!
There's a great spray that you can buy from banana boat. It's blue, its a spray and it has lidocaine in it. It feels really good when you get burned. Take some motrin too. That will help with the pain.
aloe
Use a cooling aloe gel, most sunscreen companies (like Banana Boat) make them.

coco butter!
like everyone else said, aloe vera. don't use cream until the red has gone or your skin has done peeling. the grease and ingridents in the cream will trap the heat in your body and make it hard for you skin to breathe, making you uncomfotable and elongating the time it will take for you to heal.
Use an aloe vera gel. It'll help the sting go away. Don't put lotion on it because it'lll burn really bad and seems to make it worse. And if your lips are burnt try a blistex cooling liquid stuff normal chapstick burns.
you dont need a cream for now.
what you need is aloe vera.
so use that and then when the burn goes away and its just dry i would use quench by olay.
hope it helps =]
Hawaiian tropics has an awesome after sun lotion called after sun tanning moisturizer, it smells great and feels great. And I know this is weird but if you are at home and dont want to go out to buy something, butter or margarine feels really good on burns and is helpful not to peel. Good luck!
TRY SPREADING SOUR CREAM ALL OVER, IT MAY SEEM NASTY AND IT MAY HAVE A SMELL BUT IT HELPS ALOT!

It is not a cream..it's a gel type thing. It is called ';Johnson's Baby Oil Gel';.

Are you the one who left the comments on Amazon.com?
I don't remember how I stumbled upon Aveeno Eczema Care but right when I heard about it, I found it on Drugstore.com for like $8. Which at that time, I thought was a rip off because normal Aveeno products are around $5. Anyway, I bought 3 6oz tubes. I was just searching for them online and I can't find them anymore! Or they're like $25 a tube!
The only other Aveeno substitute I can think of are their Aveeno Baby soothing products. They said that it's good for babies with eczema as well. I have one tube of that, and it seems to work well.
I went to an allergist and he suggested Vanicream products. I got one of their lotions and it's ok, I still think the Eczema Care is superior though. He also suggest I get a product called Robathol. It's like an oil that you can apply on during a bath and then rinse off and pat dry. It works really well on flaky dry skin. I had an episode of flaky skin on my face so I used it to wash my face and it's definitely improved. Maybe you can check that out.
Very best of luck to you!

I want to learn how to make depilatory body hair remover cream?
Regardless of what brand of depilatory cream you use they all pretty much contain one of the three following acid based ingredients that can cause mild irritation up to severe allergic reactions – Urea, Calcium Hydroxide or Calcium Thioglycolates Depilatory cream is a chemical cream substance designed to literally melt hair. It comes in different strengths, and sometimes with things like baby oil or cocoa butter added to benefit your skin. If the skin becomes itchy or irritated discontinue use of the depilatory and apply a soothing gel such as Aloe Vera or an anti-inflammatory skin cream. Depilatory Creams are made of chemical that dissolves hair at the skin's surface. It is a very good idea to first test a patch of skin for possible irritation. Veet is a popular depilatory cream used by men and women. A depilatory cream is a form of hair removal that dissolves the hair away painlessly and closer than shaving. Take a look and see if they are for you. ... A depilatory cream is a mixture of mildly caustic chemicals that contain sodium and calcium thioglycolate. Depilatory hair removal products, having an aggressive effect on tissue as well as hair, really need our careful scrutiny before we apply any of them to our bodies, whether we have a “milk and honey” complexion or more “experienced” skin.I want to learn how to make depilatory body hair remover cream?

Palmers coca butter...not sure if its highend but I love it!What's the best body cream?
Why must it be high end? Sometimes ';best'; and ';high end'; are mutually exclusive. If a middle of the line brand is just as effective, why would you want to needlessly spend money on a high end brand?
That said, I have had excellent luck with Hempz body products.
Gautineau is really good, the most soft my skin has ever been. Also, its not high end but boot's brand 'Botanics' is also my favourite.
I love the Body Shops Mango Body Butter.

um i dont think you can for removing it tottally
I don't know but I wouldn't use it...It sounds like it would contain loads of harmful chemicals that could be damaging to your skin.
Just a guess. ;-)
Sorry , no such thing.
No who ever told u that was probably talking about Nair (hair remover cream) which doesn't really work either.

Instead of using eyeshadow primer can i use nivea cream mixed with body butter? or sumthin?
it would only be missing the concealer,
i dont wear concealer. makeup like that
usually makes me break out and i find
it ugly anyway because i feel like im wearing
to much. anyway thats besides the point.
would this method be fine too??Instead of using eyeshadow primer can i use nivea cream mixed with body butter? or sumthin?
I would suggest invensting in a real primer. A GREAT low cost one is the ELF mineral primer (like $3 I think!)
or Urban Decay Primer Potion
or Too Faced Shadow Insurance
OR
MAC paintpots (bare study, soft ochre, painterly etc)
OR
cliche cosmetics has a fab one!Instead of using eyeshadow primer can i use nivea cream mixed with body butter? or sumthin?
I'm not sure about that, I havent tried it.
But I don't reccommend lip balm, I tried it and it made my eyelids sting REALLY badly.
I myself use a skin coloured paint pot from MAC, it doesnt irritate and it REALLY works. It keeps my eyeshadow on all day, and with it on my eyeshadow doesnt crease at all, but its still nice and easy to get off when you want to take it off with makeup wipes or eye makeup removers, etc. It is a tad expensive, but it lasts ages, I've had the same one for almost a year and I'm about half way done with it.
edit: foundation does work, if you use a grease based one like they do in weddings and photoshoots, etc. but if you use normal liquid foundation, or mineral foundation, etc. then it wont work.
and the grease based foundations arent incredibly cheap or good for your skin. They make me and people in my class get more pimples than usual. and they don't last all that long (as in, theres not that much product in one thing) and you usually have to mix more than one colour together to get your shade. And also you have to powder down REALLY well, with a powder puff and loose powder.
i wouldnt use those because throught the day im afraid you might get creases on your eyelid. i would use your foundation as an eyelid primer. i use this methd on my clients all the time and it works great, and i use this is im doing makeup for weddings because it really helps to keep the eyeshadow in tact. and it saves you a bunch of money.
You can try any mixtures you've heard may work but I don't see anything working as well as primer. If you go to Sephora (or if you don't have a store close http://www.sephora.com) you can get Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion for $17 and it's worth every penny.
i've never heard of anything like that, but i assume body butter probably works, since it's sticky. but that would feel like you have more makeup on your eyes then if you just used a primer, since that's a concern of yours. [:
I've never tried something like that. I have heard the concealed or foundation works as a primer. But if you want to try that I suggest doing it one day your home just to test it out.
They sell different types of primers. If concealer makes you break out, I imagine body butter on your face will too. Shop around for primers or skip it all together.
use plain chapstick or foundation! chapstick is great when u just ran out.

You can use over the counter acne products. I suggest the Loreal acne treatment kit- you can get that at grocery stores, walmart, drug stores, etc. It has the same active ingredients as Proactiv, in addition the face wash is exfoliating. The price is about $17.95 a box- and each box lasts about 2 months.
I have problem skin and I am very impressed with the results.

What is the best cream/gel hair removal for large parts of the body?
also is there any cream/gel that will inhibit hair growth or to realy slow it down? What is the best cream/gel hair removal for large parts of the body?
Use Nair. It works as a hair remover and growth inhibitor. I don't know if you are male or female, but my bf has me use Nair for Men on his back to keep it hair free and smooth. If you are a women, any of the Nair products work well and fast.
To keep hair away use a hair growth inhibitor lotion like Aveeno Positively Smooth Moisturizing Lotion or Jergens Naturally Smooth every day. What is the best cream/gel hair removal for large parts of the body?
Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful. Electrolysis and laser hair removal are ';permanent'; hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged. What are the differences between body lotions and body creams?
Body lotion can be poured on the hands. This thin lotion is for everyday use to help moisturize and condition the to keep it looking healthy and radiant. Body cream is thicker than lotion, and was deliberately created for those rough patches, like elbow, knees, and heels. Body cream is designed to soothe the driest areas of our skin. What are the differences between body lotions and body creams?
A Body Lotion is simply a lotion for the body, a body cream is like a thicker richer version of lotion. Many times they contain different ingredients which explains the difference in textures and results that it gives you. Body cream for the most part is more moisturizing to the skin. However, some people do not like the texture and prefer to use lotion because of its thinner texture. Body cream generally last longer on the skin and you should experience less dryness, typically it would take more lotion to achieve what a body cream can give you in a small amount. What are the differences between body lotions and body creams?
Body creams are usually thicker and more moisturizing than body lotions. I use body lotions daily and creams when I am extra dry.
you have lotion and you have cream. Cream is for the body and lotion is for your hands.
Body creams are thicker than lotions. Both are used on your body but lotions can be used daily on any part of your body. Creams are good to use after you take a bath. They usually have more moisturizer in them and is soaked into your skin easiest when you skin has been softened by water. If you don't use cream right it tends to feel greasy.
body cream is thicker so to it moisturize's better then lotions
Lotions for summer, cos they are light.
Creams for winter, cos your skin dries out in winter and needs extra moisturisation.
Creams are thicker than lotions.
Body cream is thicker and usually not as greasy. supposed to moisturize longer than lotion
the way they are spelled
i don't think there is a difference.
lotions have aqueous[WATER] base while creams are generally oil based. so lotions are easey to spread and easey to remove while to apply cream you have to rub it well in to the skin and they need soap to remove.
lotions has a lighter consistence than cream.

NIVEYAWhich is the best skin firming cream, anti-wrinkle %26amp; anti cellulites to firm up my body?
try botox in bottle here- its better than anything I've tried before , very smoothing , firming, besides being all natural- I use Porcelain doll-
And they have sample size too, which I like about their products
I think they have a cellulite one too
Zenmed's Stretta which is a powerful formula that combines high-grade glycolic acid and medicinal botanical extracts specifically designed to minimize stretch marks, wrinkles, fine lines, rebuild the skins structure and promotes healthy skin rejuvenation. I have used it and have noticed its effectiveness within a weeks time. It is a bit costly than the others, priced at $50 (every good thing comes for a good price).
They did a special about cellulite on the Tyra show and they tested out the Nivea line. It worked really well I guess, they had some people will severe cellulite on, and after 6 weeks it was a lot better. I would suggest trying something from that line. As for anti-wrinkle stuff, I would suggest L'Oreal Skin Generist serum. Works really well. Good Luck!
Arbonne hands down!!
That Nivea cellulite firming lotion is amazing and it like 8 dollars AU.
There's this new cream out by Nivea called My Silhouette! I'm gunna try it because it's had pretty good reviews and firms up your body!
No harm in trying! : )
Good luck!

How do I dress my body? I'm shaped like an ice cream cone!?
I have very large shoulders, they aren't proportionate to my hips.
I'm literally shaped like an ice cream cone. Right now I wear button down tops and dress pants, for my job.
I want to venture out, but I hate shopping. Nothing suits my shape.
Can you give me tips!?
How do I dress my body? I'm shaped like an ice cream cone!?
You are the rare inverted triangle body type, which is actually a very good thing if you dress it right. Your goal is to create the illusion of the perfect hourglass body shape by balancing your lower body to your upper body and to draw attention away from your upper body.
Wear:
- Flowing fabrics
- Set-in sleeves or three-quarter length sleeves
- Halter tops (they actually make shoulders look smaller)
- Tops and dresses that flow through the waist and go past the hips
- A-line skirts
- Flared or Wide Leg pants
- Darker Colors on top
Avoid:
- Stiff, bulky, fabrics
- Styles that emphasize your shoulders
- Big collars
- Tapered skirts and pants (no skinny jeans)

There are many different body shapes the apple, pear, straight, petite, all have their do's and don't's.
Try wearing boot cut or flared pants/jeans. Thicker, brighter belts (which would give you some balance to the center of your body, rather than your shoulders). And on top, try draping cardigans over your button downs or t-shirt. Accessories always help an outfit, they can distract from the parts of us that we don't want to stand out. Try experimenting with accessories (large earrings will not help the shoulders though, so stick with smaller ones).
Hope this helps! Check out the link for my source, look under the apple shape.

Has anyone tried Body Shape cellulite cream by Hydroderm?
I'm thinking of trying it but hoping to get product reviews from real people, rather than the website's own testimonials, before buying.Has anyone tried Body Shape cellulite cream by Hydroderm?
Hi, I haven't heard of this product, but I have a friend who has been using Figure 8 Vanish from a company called Arbonne and she says it works great. I haven't tried it yet so I can't say personally, but she is really happy with it. You can find it at www.wonderful.myarbonne.com in their online catalog.

Does any body no why vanilla ice cream is not brown??
My dad wants to no!! he will like not shut up untill i give an answer!! so PLEASE help!!!Does any body no why vanilla ice cream is not brown??
Why would it be, it's not chocolate. It has more cream and sugar in it than anything. If you buy the ';all natural'; brand, there are tiny bits of vanilla bean in it that are dark. There is also vanilla in a bottle that is crystal clear. I know because I have some from Mexico.Does any body no why vanilla ice cream is not brown??
Because even though the bean plant is brown, its an extract flavoring, not a dye.
loll, that sounds gross.
and can i ask why your dad wants YOU to answer this question?
just tell him to google it.
:D
Vanilla is an extract made with alcohol and there is very little of it in the ice cream. The extract can be clear or dark brown. Even a teaspoon of colored extract will not make a cup of cream much darker and that is plenty of flavoring.
French Vanilla Ice cream has little specks of Vanilla bean in it.
my guess is that vanilla extract would be more concentrated than the vanilla in vanilla ice cream and the ice cream has more ingredients, including milk, which along with ice and different coloring depending on if its home made or commercial would determine the color of the ice cream...
because they put food coloring in it
Artificial flavoring, now shut his a** up! lol
its white because although, it is made with vanilla, its really just the vanilla flavoring. and the rest is just cream and sugar etc.

';Moisturizing'; Body mist? Or body lotion/cream? Which is better?
After bathing and/or showering. Usually, I apply body lotion but if I'm in a hurry or if I don't feel like taking time and using lotion i just spray on ';moisturizing'; body mist such as Ohm by Olay, or Healing Garden brands. My question: Is there a difference between body lotion and body spray?
The body sprays first ingredient is usually alcohol, which I hear is bad for skin... But it doesnt seem to be bad for my skin =/';Moisturizing'; Body mist? Or body lotion/cream? Which is better?
To whom it may concern:
lotions will always clog the pores of the skin, eventually leading to the endless task of detoxifying the skin %26amp; I do mean endless. The skin is actually an organ that needs to breath, clean healthy skin is almost next to impossiable to acheive considering all the polution that exists today. Using sprays can be good if you know what to use try Burts Bees Pink Grapefruit body spray it's sold at most health stores. Burts Bees makes a good organic non toxic night cream, using night creams is better than lotion because most people wash in the A.M. and the skin cream is removed allowing the skin to breath all day. Fresh vegitable juice will feed the skin. Try this out, it takes getting used to; however, it feeds the skin. 1/2 a red beet 2 stocks of cellery 4 carrots 1 red apple and if you can find it 1 Belgin Endive %26amp; a small peice of ginger root. Send all this through the juice machine and drink up. Within two to three weeks you will notice a difference in your skin. Drink this twice a week. Caution about this drink if it's new to you it can react as a laxitive, not to worry clean digestion is what helps create healthy skin. (use organic vegitables if available.) Joe Buddy Joe says good luck.';Moisturizing'; Body mist? Or body lotion/cream? Which is better?

Body sprays are usually very light moisture. THey have to dry quicker than a lotion, hence the alcohol. It's not bad for you as long as your skin doesn't feel too dry. Use whatever works and is easier for you.

Body cream is thicker and usually not as greasy. supposed to moisturize longer than lotion
the way they are spelled
i don't think there is a difference.
lotions have aqueous[WATER] base while creams are generally oil based. so lotions are easey to spread and easey to remove while to apply cream you have to rub it well in to the skin and they need soap to remove.
lotions has a lighter consistence than cream.concealer makeup

How can I help my body with digestion after eating 1/2 gallon of ice cream? Feeling sick, sugar high, dying...
Wow dude. What posessed you to eat that much ice cream? Just drink some water and maybe take some milk of magnesia or pepto and let your stomach settle. Try walking around a little to keep things loose. If you just sit around and do nothing your stomach will get worse and cramp more. Stay active. How can I help my body with digestion after eating 1/2 gallon of ice cream? Feeling sick, sugar high, dying...
What the hell is wrong with you? You are asking for diabetes. Drink a butt load of water. But don't drink gallons of water because you could get water poisoning. But seriously, don't do that crap again. You might not care but your body might not be able to handle that kind of stuff. You could even get some sort of an organ failure in really extreme cases. Are you ready to live with diabetes the rest of your life and eat all sugar free stuff forever and stick a needle in yourself everyday just because you really like ice cream? How can I help my body with digestion after eating 1/2 gallon of ice cream? nothing you can do, just let your stomach work.

Body cream on face...?
Is it ok to put body cream on ur face? Like its the same skin on the body as the face so whats the problem?Body cream on face...?
Avoid it! Body cream/lotion is too heavy for your face!
THe skin on your face is more fragile and less coarse, you should use a proper face moisturizer!
Also, body cream may block the pores on your face and it also may be too greasy.Body cream on face...?
It namely depends on your skin type and the body cream. If it was something gentle like Aveeno then it's worth a shot. If it's heavily scented like Bath %26amp; Body Works type creams/lotions, then don't. Anything with mineral oil should be avoided on your face because it breaks some people out. It works wonders for some people, but honestly... for me it's not worth the potential breakout. Another way you can tell if it's alright for your face is if you use that body cream on your back. Your back is similar to your face in the way that it can break out just as easily as your face can. So that's something to also consider. Hope I helped.
First of all, I think that it depends on your skin type.. If your facial skin is acne prone, then I wouldn't put body cream on your face. I use lotion every day as soon as I get out of the shower, but I would never put it on my face, because I have some mild acne, and the body cream most likely has oils and such to help keep your skin supple. You should look into buying a good facial moisturizer.. There are some really good brands at walmart for pretty cheap. I use Clean%26amp;Clear Dual Action Moisturizer, and I love it! It's only about 4 dollars at Walmart. Other brands are Neutrogena, Olay, and my friend uses Cetaphil. Hope this helped!

Hi world i am wondering about what skin care i can use on a Chinese crested ex. aveno body wash & skin cream?
maybe a mild exfoliate? (hairless i am adopting)Hi world i am wondering about what skin care i can use on a Chinese crested ex. aveno body wash %26amp; skin cream?
Oatmeal based dog products for shampoo are really good for keeping the skin nice and shinny. It is also good for dogs with dry skin.
I'm not sure what the skin type of your dog is..but the groomer say my work all recommend the oatmeal shampoo's.
Also if you don't already know never us human products on your dog. They strip your dogs natural oils and can be toxic in some cases.Hi world i am wondering about what skin care i can use on a Chinese crested ex. aveno body wash %26amp; skin cream?
What you should use depends on your crested's skin.. it may take some trial and error to figure out what works best for his skin.
Since you are adopting.. if the dog is in a foster situation, I suggest you talk to the foster mom and ask what she uses.
In general tho, I suggest a mild, moisturizing dog shampoo to keep the skin clean. I use several products on my Crested, depending on the condition of his skin. Generally just shampoo and lotion after the bath tho..
if he is broken out, I might use a gentle foaming facial cleanser, such as johnson's foaming facial wash.. if he's broken out, but not dry, I will apply a mint julip mask (I avoid masks if the skin is dry tho, as they do dry the skin out more).
If his skin is dry, I will use sugar scrub to exfoliate.. you can make this using sugar and olive oil.. then use something very moisturizing to wash his skin, ussually black soap.
When washing him I also use a loofah or a facial buff pad on his skin to exfoliate as well.
everyone I know has different products they use.. some people use peroxide shampoos that they get from the vet, these should NOT be used at every bath tho, as they are very drying to the skin.
For lotion, use something that doesnt clog pores.. Olay Quench, Curel Ultra Healing and Eucerin are some store brands that I've used on my dog.. my preference tho is for an emu oil lotion that I found on ebay.
A good diet and clean environment also go a long way in keeping the skin in good condition.. if the dog wears clothes, change them often.. keep bedding clean. Feed a high-quality diet that doesnt have corn, by-products, colors, sugar or preservatives in it.
A friend of mine is looking to get one and she went to a dog show to talk to them about what they use on their dogs. One of the woman said basically anything you would use on your face. She uses St Ives apricot scrub on her dog. So probably Aveno would be fine also. You can check with your vet just to make sure but it seems okay. Thanks for adopting!
Ps. Where are you getting your dog? I'm trying to convince my friend to adopt one and not buy but she insists there aren't any for adoption.
none! they have special shampoos meant for dogs with no hair. never use dawn, its for dishes not dogs. and dont use any human products unless its baby shampoo.
btw, i wouldnt listen to anything angela says, no REAL breeder breeds mutts and calls them stupid names.
Hairless Cresteds need extra skin care. I don't have one but the internet is wide open to answer your question. By the way, I think they are awesome looking dogs!
idk
i think that you should use Aveno body wash and cream
The most gentlest thing to use is Dawn Dish Detergent. Its very gentle and wont dry out their skin and it helps to hold down the fleas

Is it okay to use Aloe Vera Cream in the body massage?
Sure, but don't use it in an ...intimate massage. Is it okay to use Aloe Vera Cream in the body massage?
It can be, but it's not the best thing for massage. I use straight aloe vera gel as an after shave conditioner. The really good stuff actually does sting a little bit after shaving. But there are some near-liquid gels of aloe vera that are made for such stuff, like sunburn, which then don't sting my face (I'm sooo sensitive, you know).
The problem with aloe vera is that it dries up quite easily. Now, a cream that you mention might be different, with enough emollients to keep the cream soft and longer lasting as you rub it on.
But I think there are better choices for massage creams to help with moisturizine the skin--and your hands--so that the massage is a more pleasant experience. I don't really know of any, but I'm sure that a good health food store would have some great examples available.concealer makeup

R different moisturizers for example... hand cream, foot cream, nail cream, body lotion etc necessary to use?
Instead of using 3 moisturizers.. .is not only one product that is d body lotion enough to be used for d whole body?R different moisturizers for example... hand cream, foot cream, nail cream, body lotion etc necessary to use?
It depends on the texture that you prefer and the amount of moisture penetration that you want. Creams for feet are usually thicker to get deeper tissue penetration, but that would be uncomfortable for hands as you would have a film or layer of cream that would make it difficult to hold onto things like pens, etc. If you do not need the extremely thick creams for moisturizing, you can use a light lotion everywhere. A good one to try is Complex 15 lotion, which is also fragrance free.R different moisturizers for example... hand cream, foot cream, nail cream, body lotion etc necessary to use?
If you are not prone to break outs, you can use regular lotion all over. My boyfriend does and he had beutiful skin. I only use body lotion and face lotion because face lotion tends to be oil free and formulated not to clog pores. But sometimes I'll use regular lotion if my face is really dry and/or there is nothing else avalible.
I think the theory is that different parts of your body have different levels of dryness and therefore require different formulas. Also, lotions meant to nourish your nails probably have vitamins and special oils in them specifically for your hands (and a lot of foot lotions have anti-fungal properties).

Will any body guide me how to make ice cream using vanila stick?
Is a vanilla stick the same thing as a vanilla bean? If so, you can use it in place of vanilla extract (liquid) for your ice cream.
Use a small knife, like a paring knife, and carefully cut the bean in half along it's length. You want to split it into two long halves. Then use the BACK of the knife to scrape the dark, sticky stuff from inside the bean (that's the seeds).
Add the seeds to your milk/cream mixture...they are really sticky, so you will have to scrape them off the knife. You can also add the ';skin'; of the bean, but remove it before you freeze the ice cream. The seeds are so tiny, they can remain in the finished product.

If I put like...body lotion or cream in my hair, will it moisturize it?
no, i wouldn't do that. it would just get greasy and gross. just try shampoo and conditioner that are for dry hair. it should say moisturizing on the front. you could also try a leave in conditioner. there are sprays or creams. if you use a cream make sure it's nothing too thick. goodluck!!!!If I put like...body lotion or cream in my hair, will it moisturize it?
it will make it oily kinda like putting baby oil in your hair.. i used to use jhonson and johnson baby lotion and that worked pertty well just not alot like a dot the size of a pea...

First, contrary to other, NEVER , EVER, use Washing Up liquid on a carpet. Washing Up Liquid contains Glycerine (which is why its 'kind to your hands' tra la etc(TV adverts) The carpet retains a flim of Glycerine, and all the dirt sticks to it in quick time.
Now, the 'fix'. get some rubber gloves, a 'not too hard scrubbing brush', some Ammonia (Boots the Chemist) some Vax carpet cleaning concentrate, and a wet vacuum cleaner.
Mix the carpet cleaner concentrate as per the instructions, add about 20% Ammonia. Open the windows wide, rubber gloves on, scrub the carpet with your mixture. This serves to loosen all the dirt etc. Then using the wet vac and clean water, rinse well, removing the rinse water with the wet vac. Try OxyClean and remember not to scrub, just dab with a dry towel.
Have you tried hiring a cleaner? if not try Focus their industrial cleaner is very good , my sister hired one for the weekend and it was not expensive.
get carpet stain remover from the supermarket or call a cleaning company who are specialized in carpets.
if possible purchase an up right vax carpet cleaner my friend bought one because she has cream carpets and 2 children under 3 and it works a treat it looks as new as when the carpet was laid.
Hi
I would recommend using a wet vac and slowly pour hot water (almost to the boiling point) on the spot and vacuum it up at the same time (this will open up the dye ports on the carpet fibre releasing the stain. and remove the residue from the carpet). If the stain is still visible than use a little carpet spotter on it or Dawn dishwashing liquid (2 or 3 drops into one cup of water) and repeat step 1. The stain may come back in a few days so you may have to do this a few times. Please DO NOT put anything on the carpet that was not made for carpet. At this point if the stain is still there please call a carpet cleaner.
Carpet cleaner of 14 years
Yep get a good carpet cleanin company out...they can also `stain guard` it after or if u want 2 try the stains yourself buy..` Oxi clean laundry stain remover` comes in blue plastic bottle. Says laundry but i`m allways using it on our carpet..even removes felt tip!
you can hire strong carpet cleaners which should do the job, i know you can hire these from homesbase stores

if ur talkin about dark marks from scars like acne scars or uneven skin i would suggest u try ambi products(ambi fading cream, or face wash) they are escpelly made for dark skin, or try stri vectin...stri vectin is used for strecth marks but also works wit skin discoloration

I'm sick and tired of people talking about making their skin lighter. It doesn't make any sense at all! Why would anyone want to do that. Your parents made you who you are! Be proud of that! Why do you think you have to conform to the media and society demands. The chemicals in these bleaching creams rip layers of your skin off causing it to look raw red! Do you really want to look like a Sore? No i don't think so! Sorry to be blunt...but i like to tell it how it is!What type of body lightening cream do i use on dry skin.I have brown skin.?

Difference between body cream and body lotion?
body cream is for dry skin because it's more concentrated..
body lotion is for normal skin types.Difference between body cream and body lotion?

none, lotion and cream are the same, they just are different names.
cream is usually thicker and comes in a tub whereas lotion is thinner and comes in a bottle. If you have very dry skin, a cream usually works better than a lotion.

Do women love whipped cream and chocolate licked off of their body?
If so, what other types of foods do they like?Do women love whipped cream and chocolate licked off of their body?
i would LOVE it!!Do women love whipped cream and chocolate licked off of their body?
Some girls do, some girls dont... all girls aren't the same, depends on who you're with. Also keep in mind it's really messy and sticky and you'll need to shower (fun) plus clean up sheets, etc.. (not so fun). Also, be careful sticking anything inside the vagina that's not supposed to go there... it can cause an infection.
This is great fun. Pudding is good too!

What effects does having to much coffee and half & half cream have on the body..?
I'm 19yr old who drinks a lot of coffee and who also drinks it with a lot of half and cream. Lately i have noticed that my hair is growing quicker and falling out easier, and i'm wondering if this has to do with anything the coffee cream..? If not what other cause can having to much coffee and cream have on the body..? Thanks. What effects does having to much coffee and half %26amp; half cream have on the body..?
It's possible the conjunction of fat and caffeine are constricting your blood vessels, decreasing your circulation. This has been tied to increased hair loss in some studies. It is also possible that caffeine's effect of increasing metabolism is causing your cells to die and regrow more rapidly than usual. I used to abuse caffeine as well, and had some hair thinning in my early 20s. I reduced my caffeine intake to 2-3 drinks per day, and have noticed hair re-thickening.
Most of all, look at the men on your mom's side of the family. Did they bald early? If so, you may just be genetically predisposed to early hair loss. What effects does having to much coffee and half %26amp; half cream have on the body..?
Coffee gives you a boost with or without cream:Sort of a wake up call.
It speeds up your metabolism. To much cream can clog up your blood vessels and cause your hair not to get the needed food to be strong and healthy.
Better use less creamer or just black coffee.

Is it ok to use body cream on your face?
like the ones u get from bath and body works
stuff like that. :)Is it ok to use body cream on your face?
no. it'll make you break out.Is it ok to use body cream on your face?
Yes, it is. Although I would recommend buying face cream for better results.
it will most likely clog pores and give you blemishes, i would recommend not using them.
Don't use hemp lotion on your face.
It makes it all red.
oh yeah its OK but you should also read the label in case it says not to use it on your face if it doesn't say that then its OK to use it
key word BODY cream ..think about it =}
No, because theres oil that moisturizes your skin, that you dont want on your face. Face cream actually has special oils to hydrate your face and wont be oily which will cause outbreaks
well i would think as long as it doesnt have oil in it...
:]
Don't do it! Seriously! I did it once, in fact it was from BnBW, something like Pumpkin Paradise. In the morning my face was swollen like a pillow, and I spent the day teary-eyed. My dermatologist told me later that it because our facial skin is more sensitive that the skin on our bodies, so the consequences of doing something like that are really unpredictable but usually adverse. I know, it's so tempting to use body creams all over - they smell so good, particularly those BnBW creations! :)
as long as your face has skin on it
You can use it but it will mot be as effective as face cream as the protein content is not the same.
i hope so
coz i always do!
moisturiser is moisturiser at the end of the day!
my dermintologost didn't recommend it
It is not really made to use on your face. You could use it but creams are really greasy and probably not the best option if you have oily or zitty skin. I would most definitely invest in a bottle of facial cream. You can find them inexpensively at wal-greens or Rite-Aid and then you know that it is doing what it should. Besides that the fragrances in body cream can irritate and make your skin gross. I would avoid it unless its an emergency situation.
It is not a good idea. Those lotions are often scented and will irritate sensitive facial skin. Second, they tend to be too thick. This can lead to acne or excess grease. (hard to apply make-up on greasy skin) Third, there are certain ingredients in facial and eye creams that help reduce wrinkling, slow the effects of sagging, protect your skin from the sun, etc. They aren't present in regular body lotions.
i wouldnt reccomend it its very oily for you face
Body creams tend to be thicker/oily thus can cause your skin to break out. If your face never breaks out (lucky you!) then it should be okay although I would still buy face cream. I, on the other hand, have skin that breaks out so I definitely cannot use it on my face.
the B%26amp;B lotions have lots of perfume in them and can irritate your skin. But they will still moisturize your face, but probably not good for it.
no i hear its bad, cuz got all that stuff in it
no. use lotion that is oil-free and specifically for faces.
regular lotion can:
A) make you have a reaction.
B) make you break out.
C) make your skin oily.
it's really really not a good idea. just go to a drugstore and get the lotion for faces.
Its okay; however if you have oily skin it would make your face more oily. Its best to buy oil/scent free lotion for your face.
stuff like that. :)Is it ok to use body cream on your face?

moisturiser is moisturiser at the end of the day!
my dermintologost didn't recommend it
It is not really made to use on your face.
Does anyone know a topical cream or pill for removing body moles?
I have so many moles on my torso I would like to find a way to remove them short of removing surgically.Does anyone know a topical cream or pill for removing body moles?
no pill and no cream, you will have to go to the doctorDoes anyone know a topical cream or pill for removing body moles?
There is a product on the market which freezes moles and they die and drop off. But I still would go to a professional to be on the safe side.
Always best to have moles checked out by dermatologist. Usually they use special ';gun'; to burn them off (if not too deep) right in the office. Try site below. Use a good sunscreen.
Call your dermatologist. If you do not have a dermatologist get one!
They are the best for matters of the skin.
Good luck, call today.
No, go to your dermatologist.
You need a physician to remove them for you.

Can you use body lotion/cream as a hair mask?
i was wondering this because i have sure dry hair and i swim everyday. so i was wondering if i could use baby oil and body lotion a a mask instead of a really expensive hair mask? Can you use body lotion/cream as a hair mask?
Well, i've heard that it's bad to put baby oil in your hair,anyway..... why dont you try to buy a special shampoo for your hair, i really like the Treseemee one for Dry hair, bc it gives it a moisturizing feeling, plus it works,,,,,,,Well hope i helped, and good luck with the hair.......(0_0)Can you use body lotion/cream as a hair mask?
no it will just damage ur hair
You can rub a bit of lotion into it or even just a bit of your regular conditioner, but like a quarter sized blob at the most work it through your hair and style as normal, a mask of lotion would make your hair waaaayyy to oily, same about baby oil, even i small amount of baby oil it gonna make it nasty oily..
if you really really have to i say only use baby oil :D even though baby oil is going to make the pool water all greasy at the top lol.

To remove body and facial hair, is it better to shave or rip it off with that cream thing?
Sorry for the lack of better term. But I'd like to shave the hair off my legs, arms, and some facial hair even though it's not that visible. But because it's not visible, should I shave, use hair-removal cream, or that thing that pulls the hair completely off and hurts a lot? I'm afraid shaving will just make the hair grow faster and rougher, it's not even really that visible to begin with, but I have my reasons for wanting hair removal. Any suggestions? To remove body and facial hair, is it better to shave or rip it off with that cream thing?
Shaving doesn't make it grow back thicker, it just makes stubble when the hair grows out. Shaving requires more maintenance, depending on how fast your hair grows. Waxing removes it at the root and will grow back more slowly. The creams work about the same as the wax, some claim to have a hair growth prevention in them. You can also have professional laser hair removal done which is permanent. To remove body and facial hair, is it better to shave or rip it off with that cream thing?
Dont shave it or wax it if its not very visible. what is the point than. Yes shaving does make the hair grow back more corse and you will have wished you never shaved that area in the 1st place. Trust me. personal expierence. If anything do laser its permanent!
Don't shave it! That only makes the problem worse.
For eyebrows and upper lip, wax it. You can buy wax strips from sally Hansen and they are amazing.
I just did my arm hair with Nair spray on hair remover and it took literally 3 minutes and the hair came right off, no pain or anything, it was great. You can do the same for your legs with the spray on Nair, but I would grow out your leg hair before doing it so you can see where you need to spray it. I just shave my legs though, it works for me and then use a lotion that decreases hair growth time. Hope this helped and good luck!
