body cream is for dry skin because it's more concentrated..

none, lotion and cream are the same, they just are different names.
cream is usually thicker and comes in a tub whereas lotion is thinner and comes in a bottle. If you have very dry skin, a cream usually works better than a lotion.
Some are different in how thick they are, but they all moisturize. I prefer lotion.
I think body creams are thicker, and more moisturizing while the lotions are lighter and absorb more easily.
