Inexpensive rich body cream or lotion?

I have really dry skin. I've tried everything from baby lotion to name brand products. Nothing seems to work. Does anybody know what kind lotion will make my skin super smooth and silky soft??Inexpensive rich body cream or lotion?
Try Biotherm Lait Corporel. Nothing worked for my dry skin until I use this product.

You can go to Sephora/ Nordstrom/ Macy's and ask for sample in small sachets before you buy one. It's rather expensive-- but it really works.Inexpensive rich body cream or lotion?
Neutrogena Norwegian Lotion and St. Ives Vitamin E Lotion are both very good and don't cost a lot.
Try bathing - yes an actual bath, not shower - using Aveeno bath soak. It has oatmeal, which is great for getting your skin to absorb moisture. For body cream I would recommend looking for cocoa butter. I actually spend a little more on face cleanser and moisturizer, and use Pevonia.
Vaseline Intensive Care - most of my friend's live by that in the spring/summer/fall. For winter we're stuck on Carol's Daughter Body Butter (my favories atre Extacy and Almond Cookie). That works wonders in this extremely cold/dry Minnesota climate.
COCO BUTTER(BODY CREAM) IN A JAR IS GOOD AND OLAY HAS THIS IN SHOWER BODY CONDITIONER AND BODY WASH (CALLED RIBBONS) ET THE KIND THAT SAY BODY BUTTER !! THAT'S THE BEST
