Does anybody know a good body losion or cream made with home remedies and what body cream do you use?

After battling melanoma off/on what I used on my skin became really important. I only use products that are 100% pure and natural and Arbonne is that for me - but it's not cheap, but it does last awhile - I even use their cosmetics -
