Cream is thicker and less greasy. Tends to soak in quicker and go to work moisurizing faster. Lotion...I don't use lotion. It's greasy, therefore takes forever to soak in and just feels gross. I have very dry skin too. Try an Oil of Olay body cream, they have a few.Whats the diff between body cream and just lotion?
Body cream is thicker and tends to dry quicker where as lotion normally is quite greasy and helps dry skin and normally has glitter in :) hope i helped :)
just try alot of different things to you get one that works for you! everyone has different skin.... cocoa butter lotion is very good, Im using now aloe soap and aloe lotion.
body cream is like thicker and greasier. Try Nivea Body Essentially Enriched.
