What kind of cream should i buy,i need to use a body cream that will tone a little bit and make my skin glow..?

please help, i need to look brighter, i use my Babbie's cream, although i had used jergens in the past,but didnt work for me, my completion is like TYRA,(host tyra show)yu know not dark and not too fair.....thanks yu guys are really doing a great job...What kind of cream should i buy,i need to use a body cream that will tone a little bit and make my skin glow..?
MAC probably has something...but it's quite pricey...
