I have SI scars. Will using vitamin e body cream help get rid of them?

I have some really bad self injury scars and I really want to get rid of them. I read somewhere that vitamin e helps reduce scars, but does anyone know if a vitamin e body cream will help make the scars fade and go away if I use it every day?I have SI scars. Will using vitamin e body cream help get rid of them?
they have products that help with that at walmart for probably cheap..speaking of i want to get this harry potter lightning bolt type scar off my face.... i fell onto cement off of a horse lolI have SI scars. Will using vitamin e body cream help get rid of them?
Vitamin E is supposed to help with sacrring. It will take time but they do slowly fade.

vitamin e body cream would work, but you'd need to get a good one. silicon also works really well, its not a body cream and im not sure if theres any body creams with a silicon base, if i were you i'd ask a pharmacist next time you go shopping and they'll point out the best one they have... good luck

It will take a really long time and you have to stick to a strict schedule when applying vitamin E (at least twice a day). I have used body cream, but I find the vitamin E oil to be much more effective. You can get it at any drug store, it comes in about an 8oz bottle and it's yellowish in color, fairly inexpensive also.
Vitamin E is good for the skin but it depends how deep and where it is located. Also using cocoa butter
I believe cocoa butter works better. I don't know about SI scars, but my wife used it when she was pregnant and didn't get a single stretchmark.
Pure Vitamin E oil or Coco Butter are GREAT for scars!!! :---}
