Hi, some of my body parts seems dry,is there any body cream available for men.Or any dieting for drying of body skin.what type of food i have to take to get my skin out of dry.Please help me guys.Is there any body cream for men?
Drink more water, i know it's always said to people, but really that will help a lot of your problems. Any kind of lotion can be used for men as long as it isn't flowery smelling, I love st ives or jergens, oils are the best, i like coconut oil a lot, it's actuallly a solid that melts when it touches your skin and it doesn't feel greasy. But for specific lotions, i would just say to go to the store and look all down the aisle and smell some different things. I would agree with that other lady and say eat more fish, but a better idea is to take vitamins fish oil is very good for you skin because it has omega 3 and fatty acids in it. Vitamin e, or just get a multi vitamin.Is there any body cream for men?

well 4 men specifically there is no cream but guys can definitely go 4 nevia or vasline mosturiser,.they are best
i think you should use nivea lotion . You should also drink a lot of water.
Nivea cream is available in super markets..try it buddy...eat eggs and fish
