What the best Non-perfumed body cream and Non-perfumed soap for who has itchy skin over shoulders and neck?

I have itchy skin over my shoulders, neck, and my back. I have this problem about six weeks. I asked a doctor about how I can tread this problem. He said I have to use Non-perfumed body cream and Non-perfumed soap. The problem which one is the best.What the best Non-perfumed body cream and Non-perfumed soap for who has itchy skin over shoulders and neck?
I recommend using Dove Unscented or Dove for Sensitive Skin soap or body wash. My husband has bouts of eczema and but switching to this soap has decreased it quite a bit. Also, dermatologists often recommend using Cetaphil cream for dry skin.
