Bio Oil is fantastic - although it is an oil, it disappears into the skin really easily, lasts for ages too as you never need to use a lot - its got so many uses, reduces scarring, stretch marks, pigmentation of the skin...its magic!
I cant fault it, my skin is better than ever
Also...another one that is amazing that I use - Aderma - Creme de soin OMG! So so good! does everything you mentioned you want! not expensive either! What body cream can I buy that will let my skin BREATHE %26amp; not feel all sticky %26amp; make me soft?

Bath %26amp; Body works sells a lotion that I think has ';silk'; in the title. Those are very light and go on the skin silky smooth.
If you want to spend a little more money, try using Dior HydrAction Corps, by Christian Dior. It is a body sorbet emulsion and goes on very lightly and is absorbed into the skin quickly.
Bio oil
Jojoba oil- this is like a replica of human sebum. SO your skin will be able to breathe freely.
Jhonsons Baby oil or baby lotion. ( lol)
